Trade co-ordination ensures the professionals working onsite understand and are aligned with your environmental philosophy and values. It is important that we have a shared understanding of the aims and objectives of the project. We can work with your chosen contractors, or assemble a team of qualified professionals to complete all the phases of your project.

You can rely on our experience in troubleshooting any issues that may impact the progress and success of your desired outcome. Time management is crucial to completion of the project in timely and efficient manner. We keep a watchful eye on design integrity and ongoing concept evolution. 

This incorporates:

• Design adherence – ensuring the contractors are keeping within the guidelines of the design intent
• Weekly or bi-weekly site visits to monitor the projects progress and solve any design issues that may arise; or advise on improved ideas/concepts as the project unfolds
• Offer advice to you in areas that may be required in a general support role
